BAMTEC® Reinforcement Technology.

The Hundegger BAMTEC® machine has been used in large concrete jobs around the word increasing profits by saving labor on the installation of Concrete Reinforcement. The machine welds individual rebar into large reinforcement rolls according to the engineering data generated by the Software component of the BAMTEC® Concrete Reinforcement System. The reinforcement rolls are then transported to the job site, positioned, and rolled out as easy as rolling out a carpet. The rebar mat is accurately prefabricated rebar mats into virtually any shape or size according to the engineering specifications of the slab or tilt-up.

The Hundegger BAMTEC® machine is a key component in the BAMTEC® Concrete Reinforcement System. The machine welds individual pieces of rebar into large reinforcement rolls according to the engineering data generated by the Software component of the BAMTEC® Concrete Reinforcement System. The reinforcement rolls are then transported to the job site, positioned, and rolled out. Each piece of rebar is accurately sized and positioned according to the engineering loads of the slab or tilt-up.
