BAMTEC® Reinforcement Technology

The Hundegger BAMTEC® machine is a key component in the BAMTEC® Concrete Reinforcement System. The machine welds individual pieces of rebar into large reinforcement rolls according to the engineering data generated by the Software component of the BAMTEC® Concrete Reinforcement System. The reinforcement rolls are then transported to the job site, positioned, and rolled out. Each piece of rebar is accurately sized and positioned according to the engineering loads of the slab or tilt-up.
