SPM2 - Speed Panel Machine

Built to process panels, including: OSB, Plywood, Drywall, Cement Fiber Board, Fiberglass, etc.

For panels from 24" x 24" up to 8'6" x 19'8" at thicknesses from 3/16" to 4 1/2".  Fully automated panel processing.  Set a pack on the lift table, and let it handle the panels for you, and re-stack them after they have been accurately cut to your design.

There is even nesting software, to help you increase profits
while you minimize your waste, with the click of a mouse.

 

Label parts on-the-fly with the state-of-the-art integrated Inkjet system.  Printing capabilities can add value to your product and cut down on labor costs.  Easily apply: layout lines, job information, company logo, etc.

 

 

Parts can be fully processed, or left with a punchout tab, to allow for easier
handling and transport.

 

 

Whether making Rip, Cross or Bevel Cuts, Milling,
or Labeling; the SPM2 does it all in one pass.
